Harman Kaur Pradhan 

Founder Harman Kaur Pradhan is a trend forecaster, and her years of experience working with beauty and fashion publications sharpened her senses for products that struck the perfect balance of beauty and quality. When reviewing newly-released products, she found that she was unable to resist an expertly-scented candle and the way it could instantly transform her workspace into an oasis of relaxation.

KISMET + KAUR was inspired during Harman’s first pregnancy when she turned to candles to transform her home into a comforting space to relax, unwind, and take care. When she was ordered to go on bedrest, Harman rekindled her passion for luxurious scents and used the downtime to learn more about the best waxes and wicks to formulate invigorating and relaxing scents, such as Samundar (Sea Mist), Mantra (Lavender), and Baarish (Rain).

The weeks quickly passed, and Harman’s daughter, Saavera Kaur was born. Thus, also came the birth of KISMET + KAUR. The rest–as the name would suggest–was pure kismet!
